Summer Institute 2019

Holy Transfiguration Retreat Center is pleased to announce they will be hosting a one-week Theological Institute, from Sunday, June 9 to Friday, June 14, 2018. The topic for deliberation and study will be Shaping the Faith: The Theology of Ignatius, Irenaeus, Origen and Athanasius. This year, we are blessed to have the Very Reverend Father John Behr, D. Phil, Professor of Saint Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary, Scarsdale, New York will be the Guest Lecturer.

We are immensely blessed to have one of the leading scholars in the field of Patristics for this one-week institute. Our clergy, faithful and all who are interested in learning about the rich liturgical tradition of our Church, should register and make use of this golden opportunity.
