2012 Holy Week around the Northeast American Diocese

Holy Week marks Christianity’s observance of the death and resurrection of Jesus: Palm Sunday begins the week with palms that symbolize Jesus’ entrance into Jerusalem, Maundy Thursday commemorates the Last Supper and Jesus’ washing of His disciples feet, Good Friday His death, Holy Saturday His Harrowing of Hell, and Easter Sunday Jesus’ resurrection.

Please send ALL pictures to DiocesanWebmaster@gmail.com and be sure to include the name of the Parish and the name of the Vicar and celebrant(s)/co-celebrant(s) at each parish.
