GROW's "Women in the Church" Conference for the Philadelphia Area on January 12, 2013
"Women in the Church" will be this Saturday, January 12th, 2012 at our St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church - 1009 Unruh Avenue Philadelphia, PA.
This conference is a first of a three part series to learn more about a Woman's Role on earth. The first one will be about the Role of Women in the Church. More details can be found on the attached flier.
Sometimes we forget that we are all a family and in every family there is a role that must be fulfilled. As we get deeper into the knowledge of what His plans are for us, we realize that we are called to fellowship with one another and be an active participant in our church community.
This Saturday, find out more about the Role of a Woman in the Early Church, Christian History, and the Liturgical and Pastoral Roles we as women play.
We ask that you all pray for the planners, the conference in itself, the speakers and all those attending.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided at the Conference!!!.
