The Northeast American Diocese will observe the fourteenth memorial of His Grace Dr. Thomas Mar Makarios, on February 23rd.
His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, Catholicos of the East & Malankara Metropolitan, will be the chief celebrant for the 14th Dukhrono of His Grace Dr. Thomas Mar Makarios, Metropolitan on February 24th in the main chapel of the Catholicate Palace.
Our Metropolitan, His Grace Zachariah Mar Nicholovos, who is in India for the Holy Synod, will also participate in the services. Following Holy Qurbana, prayers of incense (Dhoopa Prarthana) will be offered at the tomb of the Metropolitan Mar Makarios.
