The Northeast American Diocese observes the 18th memorial of our father in Christ, His Grace Dr. Thomas Mar Makarios, Metropolitan on Monday February 23, 2026.
Clergy and faithful who will be in Kerala, India on Sunday, February 22nd are encouraged to participate in Divine Services which will be celebrated at the Catholicate Palace Aramana (Catholicos Residence), Devalokam, Kerala, India, where our beloved Makarios Thirumeni is entombed. Our Diocesan Metropolitan, Metropolitan Zachariah Mar Nicholovos will celebrate Holy Qurbana on Sunday morning, in the presence of Metropolitan Abraham Mar Stephanos of the Diocese of UK, Europe & Africa, and offer prayers at the tomb of Makarios Thirumeni..
