It is with great joy the Northeast American Diocese announces the 2026 Apostolic Visit of His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III
Our Diocesan Metropolitan, His Grace Zachariah Mar Nicholovos welcomed His Holiness to our Diocese for his official visit on June 10, 2026, which will continue through June 15, 2026. Some highlights of His Holiness’ Apostolic Visit to our Diocese will include golden jubilee celebrations of two parishes and meeting with various members of our Diocese.
His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, was enthroned as the Primate of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church on October 15, 2021, by the Holy Synod. His Holiness is the 9th Catholicos of the East, and 22nd Malankara Metropolitan.
Let us pray for the good health and strength of His Holiness as he travels to visit his flock, in June 2026.
